At Lifestyles we operate an exciting weekly exercise class timetable so that you may invigorate and vary your exercise regime.

CLASS DIFFICULTY RATING:

K  NOVICE

KK  INTERMEDIATE

KKK  ADVANCED

 

Absolution KK

A short and effective 30 minute session that focuses on exercises for toning and strengthening the mid torso.

Body Combat KKK

An empowering cardio workout combining an array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, Ta Chi and Taekwondo. Strike, punch and kick your way to a new you.

Energy Aerobics KK

This high energy, upbeat class is for all fitness levels. Targeting all major muscle groups. A dance related workout that allows you to learn a few moves at the same time as burning those calories.

Box Circuits KKK

An intense all-over body blast. This class will help to improve your boxing skills and provide a conditioning workout for your whole body. This is a great all-round class that hits every muscle.

Boxercise KK

A fast, dynamic class which uses common boxing technique to help improve your fitness. This class will have you working hard whist having fun. 

Spin KK

Group indoor cycling incorporating top choreography and motivational coaching techniques. This explosive class is designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness and endurance, whilst strengthening lower body and burning calories with no impact. Beginners need to arrive five minutes early.

Specialist Classes

We also run a number of specialist classes there are:

Bollywood Dance

Classes consist of Bollywood moves incorporating a fusion of Indian classical, folk- bhang, arabic, latino & hiphop/funk styles. Learn basic moves to put together into a fun dance routine. Children’s classes also available - a cool workout for your kids.

Pilates K

Helps develop strength, flexibility, endurance and posture without stressing joints. This class will aid relaxation and reduce stress levels.

Yoga K

Yoga balances your mind, body and spirit through the practice of meditation, breathing exercises and asanas (physical postures), all of which are known to increase energy levels, improve flexibility and enhance general health and well-being.

Rental

Lifestyles studio is a large multipurpose function room suitable for children's parties, group meetings and events as well as externally run class. Please call and speak to Centre Manager to discuss your specific requirements and how we can help you.
